Ventana Signature Beignets - Served all day, everyday - Authentic French “donuts” made from scratch daily and dusted with powdered sugar.  

 

Ventana Crab "Cake" - Blue crabmeat, creamed cheese and herbs baked in ashort dough crust.  Accompanied by fresh field greens tossed in aCreole-style remoulade. (1) 7.95, (2) 9.95


Gourmet Cheese and Fruit Plate - Dailyselection of premium cheeses and seasonal fruit.  Served withtraditional accompaniments to include lavosh and nuts. 12.95

Fresh-Tossed Salads -Available with your choice of the following dressings: Aegean, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Blue Cheese, Caesar or Ranch.  Accompanied by lavosh.

Ventana Signature Salad 7.45
- A garden fresh salad with mixed field greens, thinly sliced red onions, fresh tomatoes and toasted pecans, tossed with your choice of dressing and topped with freshly baked croutons.

Belle Bella 9.25
- Field greens, Julienne Capicola, roasted portabella mushrooms and diced tomatoes, tossed with your choice of dressing and topped with fresh mozzarella cheese.

Caesar Salad 7.45
- Hearts of romaine lettuce tossed with our traditional Caesar dressing and topped with freshly baked croutons and Pecorino cheese.
Greek Salad 8.75
- A traditional favorite!  Field greens, Kalamata olives, fresh tomatoes, thinly sliced red onions, and toasted pistachios, tossed in balsamic vinaigrette  andtopped with crumbled Feta.

Signature Sandwiches -Made with artisanal breads, organic deli meat, fresh produce, andpremium cheese.  Served with a pickle spear and your choice of chipsor fresh fruit, or substitute a side salad if you like.
  • Build Your Own 7.75
    - Create your own signature sandwich from our premium ingredients.  Served with a pickle spear and your choice of chips or fresh fruit.  Substitute a side salad for an additional charge.
    • Artisanal BreadsVienna white, Lickhalter rye, honey wheat, tomato basil wrap or rosemary olive
    • Meats  – Cobb smoked ham, apple wood smoked turkey, roast beef, mortadella, salmon, capicola, Genoa salami, or portabella mushroom.  
    • Cheese – Gruyere, sharp cheddar, havarti, pepper jack, fresh mozzarella(1.25 upcharge), Swiss, or provolone.
    • Spreads – Dijon mustard or mayonnaise.
    • Veggies – Lettuce, tomato, thinly sliced red onions, baby spinach, or Kalamata olives.

    - A delectable grilled panini suitable as an entrée or a dessert: Fresh walnut bread smothered with honey walnut spread and stuffed with sautéed apples and brie.

    - A grilled Panini with fresh portabella mushrooms on rosemary olive bread, topped with spinach, havarti cheese, and a thin layer of pesto aioli.

    - Cobb smoked ham and carnitas grilled in a tomato wrap with gruyere cheese, dill pickle and dijon.

    - Grilled and smoked salmon on toasted whole grain bread with Dijonaisse and garnished with lettuce, tomato, and mayonaisse.
